The main two rooms you should focus on if you're looking to remodel is 100% kitchen and bathroom, these rooms could make or break a deal on price. a home with beautiful granite counter tops in the bathroom and kitchen with updated appliances, and wood floors, you just cant beat it! they may even ask over asking because they see how much of a steal the home actually is!
